ARUSHA CITY DAY TOUR
We will collect you at your hotel at around 09h30. It will be an interesting day as we will passthrough various streets and roads within the City of Arusha. We will visit a local school, a church, one of the local markets and stop at the Arusha clock tower which is the halfway point between Cairo and Cape Town. The tower was built by a Greek named Galanos and marked the site of the first German headquarters in Tanganyika in the late. You can also choose to partake in the cultural/educational tourism programmes offered in and aroundArusha. These full-day tours offer you the best local village experiences where you will learn more about farming, craftsmanship, family structures and traditions.
The Tanzanite is a rare blue-purple gemstone found in Tanzania. You can educate yourself about the stone when visiting the Tanzanite experience store..We will thenproceed to the Arusha Declaration Monument and Museum and visit the central market to learn more about different African spices, vegetable and fruits. We visit the Arusha City bus terminal and our last stop of the tour will be the Cultural Heritage Centre.
We will return to the hotel by 14h30.
